OAK FOREST, IL - The Chicago Crush are celebrating a remarkable week with two of their standout Premier players, forward Spencer Kauke and defenseman Cyler Brogle, being named Midwest Division Players of the Week. Their outstanding performances played a crucial role in securing a perfect 3-0 record for the Crush this week.
Spencer Kauke: A Milestone Achieved and a Winning Edge
Spencer Kauke (’05/Rockford, Ill.), now in his third Premier season, demonstrated his offensive skills with a stellar week. Over three games, Kauke tallied three goals and four assists, contributing directly to the team’s undefeated streak.
One of the week’s highlights was Kauke’s 100th career game on December 7, where he marked the occasion with two assists in a dominant performance. Additionally, he clinched the game-winning goal in the December 6 contest, showcasing his knack for delivering in clutch moments. Kauke’s season stats now stand at 26 points (11 goals, 15 assists) through 19 games, underscoring his importance to the Crush’s offense.
Over his Premier career, Kauke has accumulated an impressive 70 points (26 goals, 44 assists) across 102 games. His growth as a player and leader has been evident, making him a cornerstone of the Chicago Crush’s success.
Cyler Brogle: Defensive Excellence and Offensive Contributions
